In 2006 we received a handwritten letter from farmer Mark Newman asking us if Heritage Foods would at any time think about providing his pasture raised old fashioned Berkshire pigs. We stated yes along with a marriage grew that also proceeds right now, now by his son David who may have managed the genetic line of Berkshires that may be traced again
